Dear patients,  

The COVID-19 pandemic is truly an unprecedented event and our thoughts go out to all members of the community who have been affected in different ways.  

As a responsible community organization, we have been diligently following health and safety guidelines put forth to reduce the risk of exposure to our patients, team members and their families as well as the wider public.  

However, today we have made the difficult but appropriate decision to no longer offer in-house patient care at our clinic effective Friday, March 20, 2020, and hope to be back seeing patients again as of March 30th.  If you already have an upcoming appointment booked, please look forward to our office staff contacting you with information regarding this and the options going forward. 

We will continue to assess the situation and look forward to welcoming you back so you can continue your care when we are able.  Until then, you will still be able to contact us during regular office hours via phone, email or text.  We will also have our clinicians available for scheduled consults via phone/video appointments. 

If this is an urgent matter or if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please call 811.
